We want you and your furry friend to be satisfied with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain types of items make not be eligible for return, like food (treats, frozen, kibble), bones and chews. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges of most items. If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply. Customer is responsible for the return shipping, but we will cover the cost for the exchanged item. Please send back the item you would like to exchange, once received will we will send out the new item.
